Mid motor electric bike charger is a device to supply electric bicycle battery. It is usually divided into two stages: two-stage charging mode and three-stage mode.
At present, the so-called three-stage charger is widely used in most mid motor electric bike: the first stage is called the constant current stage, the second stage is called the constant voltage stage, and the third stage is called the trickle stage.
Two-stage charging mode: first constant voltage charging, charging current with the increase of battery voltage gradually decreased, and so on battery power supply to a certain extent, the battery voltage will rise to the charger set value, this time to trickle charge.
Three-stage charging mode: at the beginning of charging, the battery is charged with constant current, and the battery is quickly replenished with energy. When the battery voltage increases and the battery voltage increases, the battery voltage will continue to rise, while the battery energy will be slowly replenished and the battery voltage will continue to rise.
When the charging termination voltage of the charger is reached, it is switched to trickle charge to maintain the battery and supply the self-discharge current of the battery.
