For electric vehicles, the electric bicycle charger is an unremarkable accessory. Electric bicycle chargers have fewer faults than batteries and motors that are prone to problems.
When charging, the power indicator light is on, the charge indicator light is orange.
First check that the charger output plug of front wheel electric bike kit and the charging plug of the battery box are not plugged in. If there is no problem, check if the fuse on the battery box has an open circuit or loose contact with the fuse seat.
In addition, some models to open the battery lock before charging. If all the above faults are eliminated, consider whether the charger output line is open or not, and measure the no-load output voltage of the charger by using a multimeter voltage range of 200v. Note: when replacing the output line of the charger, be sure not to connect the positive and negative poles of the original machine.
