The inspection methods are as follows:

Turn on the fat tire electric bike power and turn on the knob to make the motor rotate above 10 s at high speed without load.

After the speed of the motor is stabilized, the maximum no-load speed of the motor is measured by the hand-held speed / speed meter.

Under the standard test conditions, the maximum speed of motor load is measured over 200 m distance.

Load / no-load speed ratio of =n2 / N1

When the no-load / load speed ratio of the motor is greater than 1.5, it shows that the magnetic steel demagnetization of the motor has already been quite severe, the whole set of magnetic steel should be replaced in the motor, and the whole motor is generally replaced in the actual maintenance process of the electric vehicle.
